StormPay.com Clarksville Speedway to Open 2008 Season on March 15th

CLARKSVILLE, TN (March 11, 2008)—The 2008 racing season will officially kick-off on Saturday March 15th for the StormPay.com Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee.

All exciting racing divisions will be competing at the StormPay.com Clarksville Speedway with Gates opening at 12:00 p.m. CST and Hot Lapping scheduled for around 2:30 p.m. This will be a tune-up event for the UMP Dirtcar Super Late Models in preparation for the Fourth Annual Tuckasee Toilet Bowl Classic paying $10,000 to win on March 21/22nd.

Admission for the March 15th event includes $10.00 in Adult General Admission and $25.00 for adult pit passes. Children 6-10 are admitted for $5.00 with five and under/senior 70 and older admitted for free.

Severe winter weather knocked the Fourth Annual Tuckasee Toilet Bowl Classic, which was originally scheduled for March 7-8th to the new date which is Friday/Saturday March 21-22. The event will still feature the $10,000 to win event for the UMP DIRTcar Super Late Models as the UMP Open Wheel Modifieds will be competing for a one-day top prize of $2,000 on Friday night. The Crate Late Models will race on Saturday paying $1,000 to the winner of the event with all other supporting divisions competing for the top spot.
